What do we mean "our technologies"?
Our Technologies have been developed by our members and then donated to the foundation to protect them against outside influence.
Our charter states that all of the foundation’s finances and property is to be used for the benefit of this planet.
To ensure that our technologies are used for the benefit of all, we provide the rights to the intellectual property and, therefore, the technologies so our members can optimize and improve them, employ them in environmental or circularity projects, or use them in any other way that benefits everyone.
Furthermore, we share these technologies with our partners for them to use them in their own projects or in cooperation with us.
What are our technologies?
The numerous technologies our members have already donated to the Silent Circle are highly diverse. They do not fit into traditional categories because many of them have been developed by thinking outside the box.
We never see any technology as a stand-alone system for niche applications. Every technology is seen as a possible part of an interconnected system of technical value chains to form locally self-sufficient and CO2-negative circular systems which work in harmony with nature.
Treatment Technologies
Our members have donated material treatment technologies with highly dynamic fields of application.
They include new shredding approaches, sorting technologies, applications for drying and filtration and so on.
Technologies like this can be used in material treatment facilities of Circular Economies to
Extraction Technologies
Many of the technologies that have been donated by our members can be broadly categorized as extraction technologies.
The technologies can generally be used to extract and purify nutrients from biomass, produce clean synthetic fuels or scrub fluids to produce pure gases and liquids.
Conversion Technologies
The conversion technologies our members have donated include catalytic conversion technologies, microwave-aided conversion technologies, plasma-aided conversion technologies and others.
These can be employed for a multitude of uses, including production of Hydrogen, Methane, liquid fuels, pure metals, minerals, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
